Job Description:  

The Caribbean Human Resources  Trainee  will play an active role supporting the Caribbean Human Resources Manager in all Human Resources sub-functions: training & development, staffing, compensation & benefits, HR administration, HR reports, etc., by interacting with business partners, HR people in the Caribbean countries (Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico) and external providers (headhunters, consulting firms, etc.), as well as supporting all HR processes and activities for the Miami group.  The intern will also support to the Manager Human Resources Caribbean with the maintenance and reporting of the HR system (SAP).

Background Required:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree 
• Major BA in Psychology, Business Administration or other
• Languages: English and Spanish are a must.
• Work Experience: Human Resources experience .  
• Computer:  strong software application skills are a must (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). SAP is a plus
• Personal Skills :  Integrity and trust, organizing, learning on the fly, interpersonal savvy, multitask and flexibility.
• Geographical Requirements:  Latin America mainly Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago
