FInancial Plannign & Analysis (TN-In-US-MC-2005-1695)

Location:   Coral Gables / Florida

Salary:       2800USD / month  

Duration:   18 months

Date Requirement:   July 13th, 2005   

 

Job Description: 

It will give to the trainee the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained at the university, in a dynamic and fast paced environment at a multinational company.  The trainee will learn about our business, our function and its relationship to other departments, work in teams, be exposed to senior management and will develop his/her business and functional skills.

 

Some of the responsibilities the Trainee will have are:

 

·        Assist in the consolidating of the Caribbean OB/LRP plan. This includes assisting the affiliates in the preparation of their plans; process the budget through Area's systems, as well as analyzing these plans in the context of Area objectives and strategies.

·         Support the Financial Planning Group in all aspects of the budget process including consolidating various data and assisting with presentations.

·         Generate database financial reports on an as needed basis (i.e. Volume, Revenue, OC and overheads reports).

·        Assist in preparation of the weekly postings by consolidating affiliate volume estimates and comparing these results versus the OB and performance last year.

 

Background Required:

 

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Major BA in Finance or Accounting
  • Languages : Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Work Experience: Experience in accounting or  finance departments.
  • Software: Strong software application skills .Advance Excel level is required. Oracle financial analyzeror Hyperion knowledge  is desirable. 
  • Personal Skills :  Good communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, openness to different cultures and flexible.
  • Geographical Requirements:  LA Countries mainly Caribbean Countries
