Job Description:  

The trainee will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge  acquired at the university, in a dynamic and fast paced environment at a multinational company.  The trainee will learn about our business, our function and its relationship to other departments, work in teams, be exposed to senior management and will develop his/her business and functional skills.

Some of the responsibilities the Trainee will have are: 

- Assist in the consolidation of the Caribbean Budget and the Long Range Plan. 

- Support the Caribbean affiliates, on the consolidation of their financial plans as well as analyzing the plans according to the Area goals and strategies.

- Manage a financial database and generate reports according to the requirements (i.e. Volume, Revenue, OC and overhead reports)

- Assist in the elaboration of weekly postings, based on the affiliates information (i.e. Volume estimates vs. Budget or last year performance)

Background Required:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree 
• Major BA in Finance or Accounting
• Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese   
• Work Experience: Accounting or Finance positions.
• Software : Strong software application skills : Advance Excel level is required. Desirable : Oracle or Hyperion
• Personal Skills : Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, agile learner.
• Geographical Requirements: Latin America Countries mainly Caribbean countries.
