Job Description:  

The trainee will be exposed to daily financial activities conducted at a HQ level for the Latin American Business.  Emphasis will be placed on maintaining databases and on report generation.  The trainee will have interaction with the country business units as well as with Kraft International.  Towards the end of program, the trainee will be able to analyze the business based on the experiences provided him/her through the assignment.

Background Required:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree 
• Major BA in Business administration, with a focus in Finance highly preferred
• Languages: English must (plus one of: Spanish/Portuguese)
• Work Experience: Experience in finance at least one year
• Computer:  Strong software application skills: Office (Word, Excel (advanced a plus), Power point) Database (maintenance / user role) experience a plus.
• Personal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams , initiative, creativity and openness to different cultures

Geographical Requirements:  Latin America
