Besides learning about the American work culture, the trainee will also be exposed to other cultures through the interaction with other Kraft’s trainees. With 10-20 international trainees located in the HQ office, the trainee will be able to participate in various social/cultural activities organized by AIESEC and Kraft’s trainee population, and gain exposure to inter-cultural communications, diversity management, etc.
This position provides the candidate with project management experience in leading the Agency Client Evaluation System (ACES) system. It will provide a through understanding of the Advertising and Media industries and Kraft’s role in the marketplace. The candidate will develop, implement, and maintain a solid financial control environment. The individual will learn to prepare presentations for senior management. The position has exposure to multiple financial systems such as SWIFT, Crystal Reports and Excel. The candidate will work closely with financial representatives from multiple countries and various systems groups.
Job Description:
The candidate will work in the Global Marketing Resources & Initiatives (GMRI)-Finance department. The position will lead the submission process for 67 domestic and international countries into the ACES system. The trainee will partner with the ACES system group to initiate and implement system enhancements. The candidate will prepare presentations for senior management. The position will lead the calculation, analysis, and determination of global coordination fees. The position works on Ad Hoc departmental projects such as Sarbanes-Oxley testing.
Background Requirement:
· Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; marketing preferred
· English fluency, both written and oral; spanish preferred
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications; Swift/Hyperion preferred
· At least one previous professional assignment in finance/accounting (2-3 years experience)
