Sales (TN-In-US-MC-2005-1697)

Location:   Coral Gables / Florida

Salary:       2800USD / month  

Duration:   18 months

Date Requirement:   July 13th, 2005   

 

Job Description:  

 

The trainee will have the opportunity to learn about our business, about the Sales function and its relationship to other departments, and get exposure to senior management.  The trainee will have the opportunity to do a job rotation within the Sales department, learning about Human Resources aspects for Sales before working with specific Sales projects.  

  

 

Some of the responsibilities the Trainee will have are:

 

The KFLA Sales trainee will have the opportunity to work with Human Resources aspects for Sales for the initial 3 months and then move to the specific Sales function.

 

This job rotation will provide the trainee with the opportunity to learn about the organization and people, Sales training and change management aspects of Sales projects.

 

After that, the trainee will: 

  • Support the Latin American Sales Department on developing a comprehensive analysis of the Global Key Accounts for Kraft (Carrefour, Ahold, Wal*Mart). In addition the project will cover an analysis of the local retail markets.
  • Support Sales Latin America departments on the development of the Kraft Plus Trade Platform, through contact with L.A. Countries and Kraft Foods International Commercial.
  • Contribute to the budget cycle of the Sales Area in Latin America, gathering and consolidating data from the different countries of the Region.
 Background Required:

 

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree   
  • Major: BA in Business Administration 
  • Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese  
  • Academic / Work Experience: Experience in Sales. Experience in sales  or Project Management  is desirable
  • Strong software applications skills:  MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).  
  • Personal Skills : Pro-active, strong analytical skills, ability to work in teams and independently, culture sensitive, willingness to learn, enthusiasm for work
  • Geographical Requirements: Latin America countries. Mainly Andean Countries : Venezuela, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.
