Kraft Foods has been taking traineeships in the since 1989.  Over the years, Kraft traineeships have become increasingly popular in the AIESEC network.  Thus, almost always, every open position has a lot of applicants. On average, we receive 50-80 new resumes a week towards the various positions. Consequently, processing all the resumes takes time.  Please review the application process below for more info on the selection process.

1. Applicant submits a US-Style resume directly through the resume builder or by sending your resume to KraftMatch@aiesecus.org.  In the subject line please write Kraft - <Name of Position> - <TN Number>. (Please note: submitting a US-style resume will increase your chances significantly!!) A sample US-style resume can be viewed here.

2. Applicant gets a response from Kraft Account Manager within two - three weeks (Please do not request receipt of your resume!)   

3. AIESEC forwards a set of resumes to Kraft
   • If your resume is forwarded, you will receive an email regarding this development

   4.  Kraft reviews resume and indicates interest interviewing a few candidates

• Candidates selected for interview receive email to figure out logistics of phone interview
• Candidates not selected are informed of this development

  5.   Based on Interviews, Kraft may require short-listed applicants to go through another round of interviews with regional HR reps

• Candidates selected for this final round receive email to figure out logistics of this final step
• Candidates not selected are informed of this development

 6.   After final round interivew, Kraft makes selection

• Selected candidate is informed of decision and next steps identified
• Candidates not selected are informed of this development
