This position provides the candidate with project management experience in leading the Agency Client Evaluation System (ACES) system. It will provide a through understanding of the Advertising and Media industries and Kraft’s role in the marketplace. The candidate will develop, implement, and maintain a solid financial control environment. The individual will learn to prepare presentations for senior management. The position has exposure to multiple financial systems such as SWIFT, Crystal Reports and Excel. The candidate will work closely with financial representatives from multiple countries and various systems groups.

Job Description:

 

The candidate will work in the Global Marketing Resources & Initiatives (GMRI)-Finance department. The position will lead the submission process for 67 domestic and international countries into the ACES system. The trainee will partner with the ACES system group to initiate and implement system enhancements. The candidate will prepare presentations for senior management. The position will lead the calculation, analysis, and determination of global coordination fees. The position works on Ad Hoc departmental projects such as Sarbanes-Oxley testing.

Background Requirement:

·    Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; marketing preferred

·    English fluency, both written and oral; spanish preferred

·    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications; Swift/Hyperion preferred

·    At least one previous professional assignment in finance/accounting (2-3 years experience)

Job Description:

·    Assist in all aspects of the monthly accounting consolidation process

·    Perform various P&L and B/S account analysis to verify the accuracy of the financial accounting data, and provide reasons behind significant fluctuations from one period to the next.

·    Perform intercompany account balance reconciliation's and investigations for outstanding variances; follow up with the countries and related departments within KIC

·    Prepare monthly reports for our parent company (peg strip-for both P&L and BS)
