Here are a couple of tips:
-          The candidate must have a SN number from Insight2 to log in.
-           It is very important to select “Google” on the drop down box below the dates. If the candidates do not select “Google” as the company they are applying for we will not know that they wish to be considered for a position at Google.
-            For the position, write either “AdWords” or “AdSense”

The rest of the process should be pretty simple and you can even copy the information over from your current resume. The resume builder will walk through your educational and work background and will also give you a chance to add additional information to the resume.

Please remember that taking the time to create a U.S. style resume will actually INCREASE your chances of being interviewed by a company in the U.S., so it is worth the time.
